Step 1

Fill in ”Kundenummer” (customer number) and “Målernummer” (meter number). Both are found on your latest invoice.

Click on “Husk meg” and you won’t have to remember this next time.

Click “Neste” (next).

Step 2

Register the meter reading, and the correct date.

Click “Neste” (next).

Step 3

Confirm that your “målerstand” (meter reading) and date of reading are correct.

Click “Send”.

You have now completed your meter reading.

The next step display the information you’ve given and gives you the opportunity to log on to “My page” for more details.

“My page” is only available in Norwegian.
